Suspense over Alapan Bandyopadhyay reporting in Delhi today continues

Chief Secretary Alapan Bandyopadhyay arrived late in the review meeting of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the Cyclone Yaas and the destruction caused by it. This led to action against Alapan and was attached to DoPT. The officer was supposed to reach Delhi today. But it seems that he would not be reporting and the issue will escalate.
