Shiv Sena mouthpiece: Modi promoting regionalism in army

In a sharp citique of Narendra Modi government, Shiv Sena's mouthpiece Saamana has accused Modi government of promoting factionalism and regionalism in the Indian Army. The editorial reads that since elections are approaching in Bihar, PM Modi is praising the sacrifice of 20 soldiers of Bihar regiments that were martyred in violent clash with the Chinese forces in Galwan valley. The article then asks what about Sikh, Maratha and Gorkha regiments?
