Sariska Tiger Reserve Fire: Has Negligence lead to massive blaze?

The fire that had been burning for 72 hours inside Sariska Tiger Reserve had been brought "largely under control" by Wednesday afternoon. While the cause is unknown, the spread of the fire, which damaged roughly 10 sq km of the forest despite early satellite warnings and the availability of a real-time mobile application-based fire response system, remains a source of concern.
