Road sinks due to persistent rain in the National Capital

Since Wednesday morning, there has been light rain in many areas of the national capital. It is also raining in Delhi and adjoining NCR. This relieved people from the humid heat, as well as the weather became pleasant. Meteorological Department scientists have said that there is a possibility of torrential rain with thunderstorms in Delhi and nearby areas. The department had intermittently forecast light rain since Tuesday.
