Rioters kill and run away: Uma Bharti on Delhi violence

Former Union Minister and BJP leader Uma Bharti has made a statement about violence in Delhi. Bharti said that the rioters often kill the innocent and run away and then are never caught. Meanwhile, those who die often have nothing to do with the mob in the first place. She also said that Shaheen Bagh is part of a larger conspiracy.
