Resigning from cabinet was necessity, not helplessness: Harsimrat Kaur Badal

Shiromani Akali Dal leader Harsimrat Kaur Badal resigned from the Modi government protesting the bill related to farmers. Talking to ABP News, Harsimrat Kaur said that it was not necessary to resign. "As a minister, I always understood that people have chosen me to raise their voices. It is my duty to bring people's voices to Parliament," she added.

Harsimrat Kaur Badal said that the government is unable to convince the farmers.
