Rahul Gandhi's assurance of help to PFI accused' family raises questions

Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi has met the family of Siddiqui Kappan, accused in the case of ethnic violence in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, in his constituency Wayanad. Rahul Gandhi has assured Siddiqui Kappan's family of all possible help. Siddiqui Kappan is currently lodged in a jail in UP.

He is accused of being an activist of the Popular Front of India (PFI) and conspired to spread ethnic riots after the Hathras gang-rape.
