Raghav Chadha praises Arvind Kejriwal for taking steps towards women empowerment

AAP Minister Raghav Chadha praised Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for working towards women empowerment after he promised to transfer Rs 1,000 per month into the account of every woman in Punjab if his Aam Aadmi Party is voted to power in the Assembly polls early next year.
