Punjab Govt allows opening of AC, cooler servicing shops

The Punjab government in its latest order has allowed the opening of shops that service ACs and coolers. Along with it, Dhabas can also start home delivery of food. However, dining in the Dhabas will not be allowed. The book shops will also remain operational. A notable point is that all they will be operational in non-containment zones only.
