Punjab Congress crisis: Pargat Singh calls CLP meeting a routine affair
The crisis in Punjab Congress is not coming to an end anytime soon. Now, according to reports, Chief Minister Amarinder Singh called Sonia Gandhi and expressed his dissatisfaction over not being kept in the loop regarding the legislative party meeting. Sources further added that he said he would step down as CM if Congress continued to sideline him. Meanwhile, in an interview, Pargat Singh said that no agenda had been given to the MLAs before the meeting. He added, the MLAs have simply been asked to come to the office and participate in the CLP meeting.
