Public Opinion: Do Delhi residents enjoy only 'freebies'?

Haryana minister Anil Vij has termed the Delhi poll outcome as the victory of 'freebies over issues'. "In the Delhi election, the isseus have lost. Freebies have won," Vij's tweet, roughly translated in English from Hindi, reads.
The Bharatiya Janata Party was the key opposition for the Aam Aadmi Party in the Delhi elections. The AAP won a historic 62 seats in the results on Tuesday. Whereas, the BJP has got just eight seats.
