Poll bound states witness massive surge in Coronavirus cases, Who is to blame ?

Over the last several days, the election-bound states of Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Punjab have experienced the largest spike in active COVID-19 cases in India. Uttarakhand is at the top of the list of states with the most active cases. Uttarakhand reported 1,560 cases on January 8, 3838 on January 15 and 4,818 on January 20. However, Punjab sees the same trend with 3,643 cases on January 8, 6883 on January 15 and 7862 on January 20.
