PM Modi in Aligarh: Goons think 100 times before committing any crime in UP now

Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the Yogi Adityanath government during his Aligarh speech after laying the foundation stone of Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh university.  He said that the crime rate had come down manifold. He added that during the Yogi Adityanath government the goons think before committing crime.
