Parliament Winter Session Day 2: Ruckus in RS, LS continues

During the second day of parliament's winter session, uproar was witnessed in Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha. The reason behind the chaos was the suspension of 12 MPs due to their unruly behaviour during monsoon session in the month of August.

During the proceedings, Om Birla was seeking telling the protesting MPs that the message which was going out to the world was not right. Take a look
