No Kavad Yatra this year, post office to deliver gangajal to home

Due to Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, Kavad Yatra has been cancelled by the Uttar Pradesh government this year. Hence, no group of Kavadiyas will be seen on the roads going to fetch 'gangajal'. However, for the devotees and pilgrims, the government has made an alternative arrangement. The post office will become 'stand in' kavadiyas for the year and deliver gangajal directly to your home.
