No 'jungle raj', only 'vikas': Jitan Ram Manjhi after casting vote | Bihar Polls

Former Chief Minister of Bihar Jitan Ram Manjhi cast his vote on Wednesday. He said that Bihar does not want the 'jungle raj' back. This time the aim is 'vikas' (Development.).
He went on to compare the earlier conditions in Bihar during jungle raj. 
A total of 71 seats have gone to the polls on Wednesday. Six members of the Bihar cabinet are contesting in the first phase.
