Nisarga impact witnessed in Ratnagiri; winds become stronger

The impact of Nisarga cyclone has started showing in Maharashtra. Ratnagiri has started bearing the brunt of the cyclone. Here, the speed of the winds has escalated and downpour has started too. The cyclone is bound to hit between 1 pm to 4 pm today.
