Nisarga Cyclone: 10 NDRF teams deployed in Gujarat's Surat

Ten teams of the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) have been deployed in Gujarat's Surat. These teams were informed about the natural disaster a few days ago and hence they had been on duty for a few days.
