Nirbhaya's friend took money during the trial, says convict Akshay's lawyer

Nirbhaya case convict Akshay Thakur's review petition is going on in the Supreme Court. Akshya's lawyer AP Singh is repeating the older pleas and facts which were alreary declined by Supreme Court in earlier petitions.  Chief Justice S.A. Bobde recused himself from the hearing on the review petition filed by Nirbhaya gangrape and murder convict Akshay Kumar Singh, who moved the court seeking review on the death penalty.
