Nikita Kaul Dhoundiyal, who chanted Jai Hind during last rites of martyr husband, clears SSC

Nikita Kaul Dhoundiyal, wife of late Major Vibhuti Shankar Dhoundiyal, has cleared the Short Service Commission (SSC) examination and the interview and is now waiting for the merit list to join the Indian Army. A year ago the 35-year-old Major Vibhuti Dhoundiyal laid down his life after an intense gun-battle with the terrorists in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir. 

His wife is now following his footsteps and is ready to don the uniform as per reports.
