NEET 2024: Supreme Court Reprimanded NTA and said 'negligence will not be tolerated' | ABPLIVE
Supreme Court yesterday heard the petition related to Grace Marks on NEET scam. While hearing the case, the vacation bench of Justice Nath and Justice Bhatti said, "If there is even 0.001% negligence on anyone's part, it should be dealt with completely. The children have prepared for the exam, we cannot forget it. " If we pay attention to the uproar regarding NEET UG, it comes to light that many questions have been raised to which NTA has not given satisfactory answers. Ultimately the issue reached the Supreme Court, the hearing started and currently the matter has been postponed till July 8. Till then further processes related to the examination will continue i.e. the counseling process will not stop. While every year one or maximum two toppers emerge, this year there are a total of 67 toppers. All of them have got perfect 720 marks. Many NEET toppers this time are from the same setter. There has also been news of paper leak at many centers before the examination. Some students say that grace marks have been given only to students of specific centres, whereas papers were late at many centres.
