Mumbai rains expose the 'prepared for monsoon' claims of BMC

Mumbai's Wadala area had been receiving heavy rainfall since few hours. This resulted in heavy water-logging in the area. Vehicles are now crawling and the residents are facing troubles. 

On Western Expressway, vehicles are bound to be driven at a slow speed as the city is witnessing heavy rainfall.
