Mumbai: How negligence of authorities risked lives

A number of migrant workers gathered outside the Kandivali station of Mumbai on Thursday. They were there to catch the train for Uttar Pradesh. 
Suddenly, a police officer announced that the trains to Pratapgarh and Jaunpur have been canceled and all are requested to leave from the site.
