Miraculous escape of three kids caught in swollen river

After a lot of hue and cry by three kids stuck in suddenly swollen river in Himachal Pradesh's Chamba. Locals formed a human chain and rescued them. Initially, only two were saved and took a lot of time and strength to save the third kid.
