War of words between BSP chief Mayawati and Congress party, post-BJP's win in Zila Parishad Polls has taken a new turn. After Congress said B in BSP stands for BJP, now Mayawati hits out at Congress and says: 'C' in Congress stands for 'Cunning' and has only exploited the Dalits as a vote bank in the country.
