Manmohan Singh Last Rites: Former President Pranab Mukherjee’s Daughter Pays Tribute to Manmohan Singh

As the nation prepares to bid farewell to former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, the daughter of former President Pranab Mukherjee remembered him fondly, reflecting on his leadership and legacy. Dr. Singh, who passed away at the age of 92 on December 26, 2024, will be cremated with full state honors at Nigambodh Ghat on December 28, 2024, at 11:45 AM. His body was placed at the Congress headquarters for public homage before being transported for the final rites. The government has also announced that a memorial for Singh will be built, with the Ministry of Home Affairs working with Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Singh’s family to finalize the location.
