Maliwal Assault Case: FIR Registered Against Kejriwal's PA Bibhav Kumar | ABP News

On Monday morning, Maliwal went to the Civil Lines police station in New Delhi and alleged that a member of Arvind Kejriwal's personal staff assaulted her at the chief minister's official residence.
Earlier on Thursday, the National Commission for Women (NCW) summoned Bibhav Kumar over Maliwal's allegations. His hearing is scheduled for Friday at 11 am. On Tuesday, senior Aam Aadmi Leader (AAP) leader Sanjay Singh said that the incident with Maliwal was highly condemnable.

The complaint comes hours after senior Delhi Police officials visited the residence of Swati Maliwal. She was allegedly assaulted by Bibhav Kumar, former PS of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
