Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole Backs NCP-SCP Leader Anil Deshmukh’s Claims Against Devendra Fadnavis | ABP News
Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole on July 25 backed NCP-SCP leader Anil Deshmukh’s claims against Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. Nana Patole said, “What Anil Deshmukh is saying must be true. The ED and CBI have never been used this way since Narendra Modi formed the government. Innocent people have been jailed, while those who favour them have been spared, and ED cases against them have been dropped.” Earlier, former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh alleged that Maharashtra Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis had asked him to implicate Uddhav and Aaditya Thackeray, which has caused a political storm. Deshmukh was arrested by the ED in 2021 in an alleged money laundering case and spent several months in jail.
