Love jihad law not required in Maharashtra: Minister Aslam Shaikh

Maharashtra government and opposition are in a political battle over love jihad. Maharashtra minister Aslam Shaikh said that the law against love jihad is not needed in the state. 

It needs to be mentioned here that UP has announced its intention to bring in a law against 'love-jihad' and the MP government is also planning to bring in a law on similar lines.
