Lok Sabha Election 2024: Kanhaiya Kumar Attacked During Lok Sabha Campaign In North East Delhi | ABP News

Congress candidate Kanhaiya Kumar was attacked on Friday during a campaign event in North East Delhi when a man, purportedly on the pretext of garlanding him, suddenly slapped him. The incident reportedly took place at the AAP office located in Swami Subramaniam Bhawan, involving individuals who had come to garland Kanhaiya Kumar after a meeting organised by Chhaya Sharma. 

AAP councillor Chhaya Sharma informed the police about the incident. According to the police, they received a call about the incident at 6:53 pm on Friday. According to a complaint by Sharma, when she tried to intervene, attackers misbehaved and threatened her.
