Congress candidate from Ballimaran Haroon Yusuf said that Congress will outperform the expecation of people in Delhi. Speaking to ABP News, Haroon Yusuf said that many opinion polls had projected single digit seats for Congress in Haryana but the grand old party gave the BJP a run for its money in the final results.
