Lawyer files Plea in Allahabad HC against Love-Jihad law in UP

Saurabh Kumar, a lawyer has filed a plea in Allahabad High Court against the Love-Jihad Law in Uttar Pradesh. In the Plea, it is being said that this law is illegal on te moral and Constitutional grounds and thus should be banned.

This law leads to persecution, reads the plea filed against the Love Jihad law.
