Kullu: 'Fagli Utsav' celebrated ahead of Holi

As the festival of Holi approaches, various parts of the country have started getting in the festive mood. A festival called 'Fagli Utsav' was celebrated with fervour in Himachal Pradesh's Kullu. During the festival, the locals put on a mask and dance in front of an idol. The festival is celebrated every year ahead of Holi.
