Farooq Abdullah's house in Sajwan, Jammu, which is built on 10 Kanal land. It is alleged that out of this 10 Kanal land, 3 Kanal land belongs to Farooq Abdullah while the remaining 7 Kanal land is of forest, which was illegally occupied by misusing the Roshni Act.

 Jammu and Kashmir State Land Act, 2001 was brought by the then Farooq Abdullah government for the purpose of providing land lawfully to the poor people and raising funds for hydropower projects. This law was named Roshni.
