Kesath BDO threatens quarantine centre inmates for demanding good quality food

Prabhat Ranjan is the BDO of Bihar's Kesath block of Buxar district. He is making headlines for a video which went viral online. In the video he is seen threatenig the inmates of Buxar Quarantine Centre when they were seen demanding good quality food.
