Kapil Sibal raises questions on Disha Ravi's arrest, asks 'Why is India afraid of a 21 year old?'

Disha Ravi, a 21-year-old has hit the headlines as she has been accused of forming the toolkit which was shared on social media by Greta Thunberg. Many political leaders have raised questions about her arrest. Congress leader Kapil Sibal has also raised concerns he asked "Why is India afraid of a 21 year old?" He tweeted "Is the state so paranoid that a 22 year is a national security threat?"
