The BMC, in its affidavit, described the action as correct and said that illegal construction was dropped. Action was taken under the rules.
After the affidavit was filed, Kangana's lawyer started to argue. After which the High Court said that Kangana's lawyer should file a reply by 14 September on the affidavit of BMC. At the same time, the BMC lawyer was asked to put his side on the plea of BMC Kangana till 18 September. With this, the High Court postponed the hearing till 22 September.
