''No leniency will be practised in this matter. Police has actively taken the matter into concern and arrested one. The other one will be arrested soon. Those responsible behind this incident will be given strict punishment soon'', says JD(U) spokesperson Rajiv Ranjan to ABP News over Buxar gangrape case.
