J&K: Army Chief Upendra Dwivedi To Valley Today To Assess Security Situation | ABP News
Army Chief Upendra Dwivedi arrives in Jammu today at 2 PM to review the security situation amid increased terrorist attacks. In response, the army has developed a new strategy, adjusting its deployment in the region. Defence sources report that about 500 Para Special Forces commandos have been deployed, with an estimated 50-55 terrorists in the area.
The search operations face significant challenges due to weather conditions, including cloudy skies and misty mountainous areas, which complicate the army's efforts. Despite these difficulties, the army remains determined, with soldiers actively engaging terrorists and confident that the insurgents will soon be driven out of the area.
