Irony: Road construction underway in Mumbai amid rainfall | Ghanti Bajao

There is no denying the fact that Mumbaikars suffer due to potholes. During the monsoon season, these potholes become life-threatening as well. Now, just to make the people believe that efforts were put in to do away with the potholes, road construction work was undertaken in Mumbai. The only weird part about the development was that the work was being done during rain showers.
