Indira Gandhi used to meet underworld don Karim Lala: Sanjay Raut

Senior Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut stirred controversy as he claimed that former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi used to meet yesteryear don Karim Lala in Mumbai. Raut was talking about the days when gangsters like Dawood Ibrahim, Chhota Shakeel and Sharad Shetty used to have control over the metropolis and adjoining areas. His comments assume significance as the Sena is now sharing power with the NCP and the Congress in Maharashtra.
