India pulls out of Russian military exercise due to China, Coronavirus

Due to tense relationship with China along Line of Actual Control (LAC) since months now, India has pulled out of the Russian Military Exercise. The other reason was Pakistan which has been resorting to ceasefire violations and terrorist activities time and again. 
But the reason of retracting from the exercise was told to be Coronavirus pandemic.
