Hyderabad, Mumbai & Pune submerged in rain water
The Meteorological Department has issued a red alert in Mumbai today. Strong rains are expected in Mumbai and surrounding areas. Mumbai may receive heavy showers in the next 24 hours.
On Wednesday, many stranded people were evacuated in Telangana's Hyderabad. Heavy rains in Hyderabad and Mumbai have led to flooding in low-lying areas of the city.
In many parts of Andheri, Hindmata, Jogeshwari, King Circle, Kurla, Marol, Goregaon, Ghatkopar, Chembur, heavy rains started from midnight.
