Hyderabad-like encounters would happen again if justice is delayed: Swati Maliwal

DCW chief Swati Maliwal reacted on the encounter. She said that at least these criminals would not live as Sarkaari Mehmaan.
All the four accused in Hyderabad gangrape and murder case have been killed in police encounter on Friday. The accused were trying to escape during investigation which was when the police officials took the extreme step.
