How corona vaccine became a topic of Bihar assembly elections?

BJP has promised to give free corona vaccine to all the people of the state in its manifesto released for Bihar elections. The opposition has become aggressive about this announcement of BJP and is demanding the Election Commission to take action on BJP. At the same time, the BJP says that the Bihar government will provide vaccine free to the people suffering from the corona of Bihar in collaboration with the central government.
