Home Ministry appeals Delhi HC to clarify the order

Home Ministry has appealed in Delhi High Court to clear the order given in the Delhi police Vs lawyers case. Home Ministry has asked the Delhi HC if its order stated to not to take any action against lawyers until the case was pending in High Court.
Earlier: Constable Karan Yadav posted at Mehrauli police station was roughed up by a group of lawyers outside Saket court on Monday. FIRs were registered after a day since the incident. In a video that quickly went viral on social, lawyers were seen assaulting the policeman who was riding a bike.
