Hathras case: 510 law students question Police' action in letter to CJI
In the wake of the Hathras gang rape case, 510 students of Law have written a letter to Chief Justice of India (CJI) SA Bobde, seeking action against the guilty officers seeking intervention from the apex court.
It has also been requested through a letter that the Chief Justice (CJI) Bobde also directed to constitute a Special Investigation Team (SIT) headed by a retired Supreme Court Judge to investigate Uttar Pradesh Police, Hathras Police, and Hathras District Administration.
