Ground Report: Vikas Dubey shot in the chest by the police

Gangster Vikas Dubey killed in counter fire by the Police. He recieved bullets in the chest when he was trying to flee. One of the car in the convoy over turned. Police tried to make him surrender, during which he fired at the policemen. Gangster Vikas Dubey who was arrested from the Mahakal temple in Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain.
