During the "Asia Pacific Conference of German Business," PM Modi highlighted that this is the right time to be part of India's growth story, mentioning the record investments in infrastructure like roads and ports. He added, "Today, India stands on strong pillars of democracy, demographics, demand, and data, becoming a hub for global trade and manufacturing." In his remarks, Scholz noted, "The world in the 21st century requires us to work together for progress. If Russia succeeds in its war against Ukraine, the repercussions will extend beyond European borders, putting global security at risk." He acknowledged that Indian students represent the largest group of foreign students in their universities, which he welcomed as talent for the German labor market.
