Gen Rawat to his successor Naravane in last PC as Army Chief: 'Move On'

General Bipin Rawat retired as the Chief of Army Staff today and while addressing the media he thanked his fellow officers and juniors for the support. General Rawat agreed to the fact that the army was better prepared and equipped. He had a message for his successor MM Naravane which was 'move on'. "I will chalk out strategy as CDS gradually," Rawat added.
